We have now been given the go ahead to merge the two charities (TCCL SC023997 and TCCL Lodge SC043006) into one by OSCR. TCCL Lodge has had it's articles of association updated to include all the functions currently undertaken by TCCL, so once the transfer is complete SC023997 will be removed from the charity register. We are currently in the process of transferring the assets of TCCL over to TCCL Lodge. We hope to have this process completed by the beginning of 2027.
Our Website will also be updated to reflect this change once completed. Meanwhile, from todays date, donations via this site will go to an account in the name of TCCL Lodge, but rest assured will be used for the wider purposes of the combined entity.
What will it mean for our users? There will be no change in what we do or provide to our families. The only difference is that it will soonbe under one umbrella. The team at TCCL Lodge is now made up from the trustees of both the old charities.
